Credit card payment failed?
Currently, credit card from (EU/CAD/US/UK) are only supported through the PayPal payment channel. Please select PayPal as your payment method at checkout.

When will I receive my order?
The seller is allowed a maximum of 24 hours to issue your purchase. Most items are delivered instantly. However, certain products, such as specific services and gifts, may require you to contact the seller and provide your order ID to receive the item.
What if I have issue with my purchase?
Please do not worry. Your first step is to contact the seller and inform them about the issue. The seller is obligated to provide support and resolve your issue during the warranty period. If the seller does not resolve your problem, you can contact the FASKEY support team via the customer service button or email [email protected] for further assistance.
How do I contact the seller?
Seller support is provided only through the "Chat with seller" section on the oplata.info website as shown below (My purchases > Log in with your purchase email > Purchases). If you have not received a response from the seller within 24 hours, you may proceed to contact FASKEY customer service by clicking the chat button at the bottom right of the page (online from 9.00 to 24.00 daily UTC +8, seven days a week). We will try to resolve your issue promptly.


Please keep in mind that seller response times may vary due to time zone differences. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply and remain patient.
Where can I access my purchase?
You should be able to access your purchase details instantly after payment. Simply navigate to My Purchases > Log in with your purchase email > Purchases. Your details will appear under "Purchases" on Oplata.info, and the purchase details will also be sent to your email.

2. Input the email that you used to make the purchase;
3. You will receive via e-mail a verification code or link to log in to your Personal Account;
4. Once login, select the product that you've just purchase at the Purchases tab.
Can I return or request refund?
A refund will only be granted under specific circumstances, such as if the product is non-functional and the seller does not provide a replacement, or if the product does not match the description. Further details are outlined on the Terms of Sale page.
How do I leave review or feedback?
1. Navigate to "My Purchase'
2. Input the email that you used to make the purchase;
3. You will receive via e-mail a letter with a link to log in to your Personal Account;
4. Select a product you want to review or provide feedback, then scroll down to the "Product Review" field.
Some seller do provide additional gift or cashback for each review.
How to use promo code?
After clicking the "Buy" button, you will be redirected to the payment page, where you will find a field to enter the promo code. Please note that some promo codes are applicable only to specific products.
